Student Congress (or Kongres Mahasiswa/Kosma in Indonesian) is the highest forum in FKG UNAIR which aims to gather the voice of the community and approve regulations. Kosma II was held on March 21, 2019 at RKA FKG UNAIR at 17.00 – 21.00 WIB. Kosma II participants are all BEM and BLM members, community representatives, committee members that have been formed, including DC, Dentition, and SL, as well as two force representatives from the 2016, 2017 and 2018 batches.
Kosma II produced revisions and amendments to three regulations namely the constitution of KM FKG students, AD ART BEM and BLM, and committee regulations. Some of the conditions for revision of rules in Kosma are caused by evaluation results that are not appropriate to the extent that Ormawa’s rules are irrelevant, so amendments are needed. The implementation of Kosma is something that must be carried out every year in order to channel student voices in making or changing student organization regulations at FKG UNAIR.In the process of organizing Kosma II, there were not many obstacles encountered and Kosma’s atmosphere was considered conducive. This happened because before the event was held, BLM had held Pra-Kosma so that the discussion during Kosma II could be carried out more efficiently. The series Kosma II has been reported by BLM through an official account BLM via LINE and also via Instagram (@blmfkgunair). A report on the revision of the rules will also be published soon in the form of infographics. With the existence of Kosma II, I Made Hendra and Nur Azizah as the president and vise president of BLM hope that all activities at FKG UNAIR can run smoothly and comply more with the rules agreed upon and approved in Kosma II.
