Son of the couple Eliza Abdat and Saleh Arofan Albinsaid served as CEO and founder of Indonesia Medika. His concern for socio-health issues led to several books and visionary start-up works such as Indonesia Medika, Siapa Peduli, Homedika, and more.
His expertise brought him to attend the event entitled Leadership Training and Student-National Managerial (LKMM-Nas) at Hotel Sahid Surabaya, which was initiated by PSMKGI (Persatuan Senat Mahasiswa Kedokteran Gigi Indonesia). This time, FKG Airlangga University became the organizer of the event which has become the organization’s annual agenda.
“The resource persons that we present on this occasion are the result of the study at the time of the previous National Conference of PSMKGI. Dr. Gamal is important for us to present, in order to stimulate the innovative soul of dental students”, said Aulia as Event Coordinator.
Presenting his lecture with the theme “The Importance of Innovation as an Effort to Promote Health and Social Welfare”, Dr. Gamal recounted the beginning of the idea when he was in a young doctor’s stance: “My initial idea came out because of the powerful encouragement of empathy in patients or communities who are financially unable, but at the same time they are in need of medical treatment in medical “.
