ABOUT THE SYMPOSIUM

As a basic element of health education, a family became the starting point of the introduction of dental prevention efforts in children, since pre-school days. Furthermore, at the school level, teachers and peer environments in this digital age still require knowledge of dental and oral health with appropriate, valid and accessible directions. Patterns of illness or dental health disorders begin from an initial sequence that starts from the smallest aspect of micron size, even in the biomolecular level in the form of tooth-damaging bacteria, the enzymatic chemical structure, to the antibody DNA support code against dental disease and mouth. The next sequence, i.e. when the child is born in the world (preschool), the family is the first role of a child in maintaining healthy teeth and mouth. Parents who are ignorant of contemporary clinical dental prevention, tend to have children who experience caries in large numbers. As the third sequence, i.e. at the time of the child at school. Knowing snacks, adapting to peers’ snacking behaviour, the abandonment of school teachers to the Dental Health Unit at School (UKGS) program becomes a crucial sequence in increasing the severity of dental caries in Indonesia.

ARTICLES SUBMISSION

Therefore, at this symposium will be explained some findings from international experts, which can be the basis for the efforts of prevention of dental and oral problems that are comprehensive, ranging from the biomolecular level, the level of primary teeth, the level of replacement teeth, to the dental health behavior engineering and mouth for children. The solution is through comprehensive oral health education and monitored from the beginning of the child’s life planning, until the child is established later.

All the registered abstracts will be published in a conference book of abstract. The full text paper review by scientific committee and the selected paper will be in a SCOPUS Indexed database. Final decision of acceptance in Scopus is solely the exclusive right of Scopus itself.

All of submitted manuscript subject to peer review mechanism. In the reviewing process, there are at least two reviewers for each manuscript for the related topic. All paper will be submitted to Scopus Index, however. Author should bear in mind that FINAL DECISION of all acceptance is in Scopus side. Articles rejected by Scopus will be published in ISBN proceedings.
